Liked: Great location right in the middle of town. Bar on roof was nice (no draught beer though). However if you want real beer there are various tap houses and bars in the area. Staff polite and helpful. The room was really nice.
Disliked: This isn’t a cheap hotel and I expected car parking to be included. So you have to pay on online and request your car online (not that much of a problem. However it then asks if you can tip them every time they move your car. So that’s £30 to park plus £8 tip every time they move it. I had to pay for parking in Memphis but that was £21 a day and move it as much as you like.Also tipping in the bar requires arithmetic after you’ve had a drink. I’m going to the bar for a drink not do your paperwork. My paperwork isn’t accurate when I’m sober let alone after five beers. In this day and age surely the till can do that.
