Liked: They were understaffed, but the staff was nice. The shower had good water pressure.
Disliked: The room was small with an ugly view. The thermostat wouldn't stay set, so the room was too warm. The shower leaked water out into the bathroom floor. Housekeeping tried to come into our room while we were still in bed at 8:15 AM. The food in Loom was mediocre, and the kitchen was slow.

Liked: Very nice hotel, love the restaurant downstairs, staff is super nice and helpful!
Disliked: Only complaint, there was a LOT of hair in the shower that was not ours. Exactly why I always bring shower shoes because ew. The rest of the bathroom seemed pretty clean though.

Liked: Great location to shops and eateries.
Disliked: Parking was valet only. Daily parking fees were not mentioned in the reservation. Also, there was no free breakfast as noted in the reservation.
