Disliked: No aircondition in the room, although fan was provided, when I reported to reception first I waited 30 mins for any one to come, went for dinner checked again and I was informed AC is not working for entire hotel and it is good day to keep windows open with apology but when I checked with my colleague staying in the hotel I found out none of them had any issue with AC. Surely hotel reception can be forthcoming rather than lying, specialty the amount of money I paid for one night. On positive side food was very good in the restaurant. Won’t be returning back again to the hotel for lack of customer appreciation.
