Functional hotel in a central...

Disliked: Breakfast was traditional Mexican fare; OK if you like that but I had hoped for a more international option. The room was OK but a bit odd: the air conditioner was the loudest I've ever heard (couldn't run it while sleeping) and you had to squeeze past it and the bed to get in the side against the window. There was no side table on that side of the bed (nor an electrical outlet). It was as if they squeezed a king bed into a standard room and called it a king room.The roof-top bar was nice, although pretty cold at night, and the wine list is very limited. On the Saturday night we went up for a drink and were told we weren't allowed to use it as there was a private function on. It's the only bar on site and hotel guests couldn't use it. So we had to put up with the noise but were excluded.
