Over priced and very disappointing

Liked: Only positive is the location, but it is on the noisiest street in Mexico City! Originally located on floor 8 with balcony however the door was smaller than the door frame meaning we could hear lots of noise. Bed sheets had stains on them and quality of room in general was poor. Moved rooms a further 2 times until we found one which was satisfactory! Receptionist who checked us in was rude and did not want to find a solution had to wait until following morning to resolve!

Disliked: Our room had a strong moldy odor and reeked of sewage, making our stay unpleasant. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was broken, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable.

Liked: Most everything was great. The welcoming staff, the men in black suits, and the rooftop staff were great! I just felt the room could have been cleaner. There was a layer of dust on the wood floors & the stand between the beds, and a strong smell of wet paint .
