Great location

Liked: Great location. Close to beach, grocery store, tram stop, and airport. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Facility is not great. But fair enough for its price.

Great location & good host,...

Liked: Great location, beach is right across the street. Our room was a privilege double room with ocean views.
Disliked: Unit was dirty and poorly stocked. Balconies have cheap artificial turf carpet which was loose and poorly fitted. Unit and building could benefit from routine maintenance and power washing.

perfect location, such friendly and...

Liked: Such a lovely, friendly hotel in a wonderful location. We arrived late in the evening and were given clear instructions how to access our room key. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and it was perfect! Magnificent views; spacious room with plenty of cupboard space; nespresso coffee; super comfy bed and fabulous power shower. The following morning we were told to help ourselves to the sun loungers to take over the road to the pebble beach (absolute Godsend and much appreciated). We also asked if we could possibly have a late check out. Not only was this available thankfully; we were not charged anymore which we would have willingly paid to give us an extra 2 hours to enjoy Nice. Getting to the hotel is in the Mangan area (about 15 minutes walk to from the old town) and there is a tram (No2) that we took from the airport to Mangan (we also hopped on the following day to avoid the walk to town when it was very hot!). We loved the gentle ambiance of this small and friendly hotel.
Disliked: It felt a little odd to have no curtains (although there are the best blackout, electric blinds…..so good that we slept in each morning!) but according to my husband, you couldn’t see in from the outside (from the road) so I embraced getting dressed without closing the blinds and having to turn on the lights!

Liked: This hotel was in a perfect location, not too far from Old Town Nice. It's run by the owner, Sophie, who was sweet and very friendly. We enjoyed talking to her about her gardens around the building. We would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Bed quality (too soft)

Liked: This little hotel has a great location right in the promenade
Disliked: It could benefit with a better shower amenities like proper shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They provide 3in1 not very convenient.

Lovely Stay!

Liked: Great location on the Promenade des Anglais, close to trams for the Airport, train station, etc. Room and bathroom was very nice. Good A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially when we struggled with our French! They also gave us a little gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was very kind & thoughtful.
Disliked: The only thing was, there were no English-speaking news channels on the TV - like Euronews, CNN or BBC, etc. Would have been nice, but not really a big deal.
