Disliked: Being pet friendly had a barking dog a couple of rooms alongAlso parking in the public car parks is a nightmare in August

Liked: The balcony looks over the main square and there is someone there every night for a few hours playing music, it made our stay and we will be back 💕
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Pleasantly surprised as it has some harsh reviews. But very comfortable beds with air conditioning. Absolutely superb location in the very heart of Biarritz.
Disliked: It is expensive but it's all to do with location. Difficult to get out of area with bolt/uber. Better off walking 500m and getting one from there. That is no fault of the hotel of course.

Liked: It was small but such a perfectly dreamy location being on the town center plaza and looking out on the ocean from our little balcony. Everthing was very comfortable, however the toilet room doesn't vent out except for through the room, it doesn't flush very well, and the sink was clogged the entire stay. Now, I am not a big critic. It was my own fault for not telling the staff to fix the sink drain, but our time was more preciously limited that it was not worth it to us to complain. I have stayed there before, and I definitely will again.

Liked: This hotel has a fantastic location in Birarritz close to the beach, shopping and good restaurants.We didn´t have breakfast at the hotel, because we lived in a two room apartment with a small kitchen and therefore bought croceries at a local supermarket (Carrefour) and made our own breakfast.
