Liked: Very welcoming stuff, nice and cozy hotel with the top location. I love the hospitality and ambiance in this hotel. Highly recommend. They made our stay in Paris and our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We also got a complimentary upgrade of our room and amazing surprise from a hotel. Absolutely charming place. Liked: The staff were fantastic. The best we’ve ever had in all our travels which had been a lot. They were very helpful, so accommodating and extremely nice. We felt so at home. Will definitely go back to this hotel. The location is perfect for us as well. So convenient.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Loved the staff, the interior design, the location and the comfort of the bed.
Disliked: The cosy room was small and the toilet was in the closet and the fan in the toilet did not work. the air conditioning did not work and it was hot at night even though it was early April

Very comfortable - lovely hotel.

Liked: The hotel is lovely, I will definitely return. The reception / bar area is very inviting and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The 'Cosy' room I had was very cramped, especially the bathroom 'area'. The WC was in a cupboard on the other side of the room. My colleagues room however, was enormous.
