Great hotel, nice rooms with...

Liked: The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. Good location for walking to historic sites. But overall the staff made the experience much better than just another hotel. They also have a great breakfast in the morning with multiple options. Staff was extremely helpful with helping me navigate the area. Most staff can speak conversational English if your Spanish is limited.
Disliked: The only thing not positive about the room is the bed was very firm which some may not like.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offerings at the buffet were numerous. Good coffee!
Disliked: I am disabled and it was difficult to get m y wheelchair through the narrow door into the bathroom area.

Nice hotel, convenient location but...

Liked: The room was big and spacious and the gym was well equipped for a small gym
Disliked: The walls are paper thin, I could hear the tv next door and the conversations as if they were happening in my own room. Furthermore when someone used the shower or toilet in the room above you could hear the water again as if it was leaking into your own room

A Complete stay in México...

Liked: The property was located about 15 minutes away from the Zocalo walking distance.Their breakfast was complete with buffet options, fresh fruit and daily made nurture food.The staff were friendly and polite. They accommodated me with a room with a window which it was appreciated it.The room was fully equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker, iron, iron board, hair dryer, TV, Netflix. The AC was really good. The cleaning service was great too, I love to come back to my room ready and clean after a full day of tours.Yes, I recommend it and I would return again.
Disliked: Their bed was a bit hard and pillows were to full and hard, I have to use the towels as my pillows.The small fridge and the AC were a bit loud.

Disliked: Location was 10-15 minute walk from Zocola. No nearby bars and restaurants.
