Liked: Rooms are very well equipped. Restaurant and buffet breakfast of a high standard. Level of professionalism demonstrated by staff - of a level of a 5 star hotel. Lobby although quite small is very good with access to toilets and a water cooler.Near to Zocolo.. They have a link to a local Taxi company with clear prices should you need to use it- I have used this hotel 2 times now and it is definitely one of my preferred hotels for when I am in Mexico City.
Disliked: Initially I was allocated a room with no windows- I asked for a change of room and was given a room with windows which is a minimum expectation.- This should be a minimum expectation.However, apart from that - the staff in all areas of the hotel, from bell person to desk staff to restaurant staff were absolutely top level professionals and it was notable that staff were putting 1000% effort into making our stay a most positive one.
