Liked: Central location, good breakfast, airco, private parking
Disliked: Very narrow parking not in the same building as hotel

Great for a one-nighter

Liked: We booked this property because of location. The rooms were not big, but adequate for the one night. The little outdoor balcony was useful to us as we did some hand washing and were able to dry to clothes quickly outside. Staff were helpful and the restaurant downstairs was handy for a light meal and beverage.
Disliked: There was unexpected construction taking place right in front of the hotel which made for a bit of noise and congestion, but bearable as the hotel put our rooms in the back facing a courtyard.

Liked: Very well located, in walking range for restaurants, historical locations and Durer platz. Very polite, prepared and ready to help staff. Very good breakfast in own location
Disliked: During our stay, sewer pipe infrastructure rehabilitations were carried out right in front of the hotel. Not property fault, but even with all windows closed, noise was quite disconforting

A very good hotel in...

Liked: The room was tidy and stylish with the wood panels. The bathroom was quite spacious. The breakfast was as big as you wanted, consisting of a variety of stuff, brought to you by waiters. The location was very central in the old town.
Disliked: I had asked for a quiet room, but facing to the backyard with the opposite windows quite close, it would have been good to have blinds in the window. Not all members of the staff at breakfast were too attentive to the customers. The nearby church bells could be heard throughout the night.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with private, safe underground parking just steps away. The parking spots are generously spacious, which made unloading luggage a breeze.Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the burgers were delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The mojito was also surprisingly good, a great way to unwind in the evening.The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions or requests.
Disliked: If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that tea and coffee in the room were not complimentary — a minor detail, but it would have been a nice touch.
