Liked: Beautifully decorated hotel with very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom . Spacious room
Disliked: Shutters on the door out to the Juliette balcony did not work, they became completely stuck on our last day meaning we could not access items we had left on the balcony .Staff did not seem very friendly. We asked for milk for our room to be told we could have two little capsules of cream.

Liked: Beautiful and modern inside, very comfortable room, excellent bathroom.
Disliked: The hotel bar closed at 7.30pm, before we had even gone out! A pity, as it was a nice area and we would have enjoyed a nightcap there.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was rich and nutritious, well-tasting and fresh. Verona is a wonderful destination. The arena from Roman times has been in use for soon 2000 years, previously for cruel and murderous games, today for magical opera. Remember, culture and barbarism go together. The river that runs around the old town is emerald in color and swift in movement, almost sparkling. It is cold water from the alps, and without sharks. The staff at the Firenze hotel was friendly, forthcoming, and professional.
