Liked: The hotel is rated 2 star but is much better than that.
Disliked: There were a few tiny ants crawling about my room from time to time.

Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor near from reception desk, so it was a bit laudy. Sound isolation could be better

Don’t be put off by...

Liked: There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is a super little café on the corner of the next block. There is also a really good restaurant around the corner. There is tea and coffee in the room, although the choice is quite bad with only a couple of strange teabags, so take your own. There is a mini bar in the room which we use as a fridge. Location is excellent with a tube station within a two minute walk. Everything is very clean, especially the bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing really

Liked: Location was good with easy access to metro line M1, bed is comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Late check-in charges, no room cleaning for the whole stay (4nights) the room could really use better sound insulation — it was easy to hear conversations and movement from the hallway and nearby rooms

Poor

Liked: The cleaning service and localization of the hotel was good.
Disliked: I booked room with 2 single beds and I got room with small double bed. The person on front desk instead of fixing his mistake was arguing with us trying to convince us that it was not his fault.
