Excellent hotel in DTLA! Great...
Liked: Very elegant hotel in the heart of DTLA.
Excellent taste with regards to interior design. Built with emphasis on detail.
Great atmosphere. Very lively place. Made you feel welcome.
Our bedroom and bathroom were quite spacious. Very clean. Room cleaned up and towels/soaps renewed every day.
I personally loved the breakfast. I understand there is not a huge variety, but everything is of excellent quality and delicious.
The restaurant was very nice as well.
They also offered a Tesla car to take us for short rides (1-1.5mile) free of charge. Very nice experience, as I had not been in a Tesla before.
I believe that this was the best choice we could make for our 1-week trip to LA. Great value for money. Very central location. Seconds away from Staples Center as well.
I would definitely recommend it and will personally stay there again if back to LA in the future.

Liked: Hotel Figueroa has become my go to hotel for a staycation. The hotel is stunning and clean. The art covered walls give it a sophisticated edgy vibe. Being a native Californian the mix of old Hollywood and Spanish is gorgeous, and California at its finest. The beds are tremendously comfortable, the staff is amazing, and the central location makes everything in LA convenient if you work around rush hour.

Beautiful hotel with lots of...
Liked: The location was excellent, just a few minutes to the Staples centre and approximately 30minutes drive (without traffic) to most of the tourist attractions in LA. The airport is also close by as well as restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel building is beautiful with lots of character and very clean.
Disliked: The service lets this hotel down. We made several complaints about the broken bathroom door handle and the television not working which weren?t taken seriously. Also, on arrival we were then charged an extra $25 per person per night which was not mentioned on booking.com. The front desk were not able to tell us whether this gets refunded or not but called it an amenity charge to include WiFi, a ?complimentary? breakfast, use of the gym and a town car (which has multiple people waiting in a line for and you can?t book ahead for this service making it inefficient).

Liked: The lounge area off lobby is stunning. Great food. Cosy bed!
Disliked: Low ceiling, small bathroom. Dark room so I pulled up blinds and the windows had loads of greasy dust from AC (hotel needs their housekeeping to keep on this)

Liked: Staff and location is great. Bars and restaurants on property make it hard to leave .
Disliked: Rooms were much smaller than expected .

Liked: Just the staff at the reception desk
Disliked: - Location was too far off - no mini bar in the room - when u open the window for fresh air you get the exhaust if the indian Restaurent below - on the very last day the room was never serviced - elevators are way too slow - had to wait for 25 minutes for someone to bring down my luggage
