Great hotel. But had scammers...

Disliked: I had several messages through booking.com looking like they came from the hotel asking me to reconfirm my booking and threatening that it would be cancelled if I didn't. These messages were fake. I tried to contact customer services about it, I didn't get much response.

Liked: Great place in the middle of town! Room was very comfortable and staff were friendly. It was a great base for my stay in Bolzano.
