Liked: Had good bus routes, location isn’t great in terms of being close to the city. The staff were friendly. Appreciated the number of lifts.
Disliked: The beds weren’t very comfortable, very hard mattress but this may just be personal preference, the air conditioning didn’t feel like it was working. The place was very stuffy unless you opened the window. Walls / floor seem very thin, can easily hear other guests which we often found ourselves waking up very early due to the noise. Whilst the location seemed very secluded, there was a lot of noise during the night from the street. I’m not sure how clean the bed / towels were, when we arrived there was a towel hanging on the shower which was wet. We had asked for a second key when we checked in and told it would be available in the morning which it wasn’t, this was repeated twice and only after mentioning we had asked 2 days prior were they able to sort this out for us.The European plugs only worked on plugs not by the bed which is a bit of an inconvenience.We stayed during liberation weekend so it may have been busy and noisy due to this, the stay and experience isn’t really what we paid for; I believe this was way over priced for what we experienced. Whilst I’m not expecting many free items, but there was definitely a lack of amenities such as water, shampoo. I can’t comment on the breakfast or spa as we didn’t use these.

Missing coffee but otherwise fine

Liked: Convenient location out of the hubbub of the city and fairly near nice large supermarket. We really appreciated the staff letting us keep our bicycles in the room and there were nice big lifts that meant we could keep the luggage on the bicycle! Modern aesthetic.
Disliked: It’s not much of a spa/ wellness centre. Sad looking gym…. But as a hotel it’s fine. They had a kettle and a cup but no coffee or tea even when you ask staff….!

Liked: Proper hotel with parking, elevator, breakfast..
Disliked: Wall isolation could be better. Very early in the morning we could hear the neighboughrs walking on our heads (even the ceilings are high!!)

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff and a few options for a gluten free breakfast.
Disliked: Room was fine but basic, beds were quite small. Like a previous review mentioned, room had a kettle but no tea, coffee or milk (I had brought tea!) and only 1 cup!. Pretty pointless having it. Hotel bar seems to close very early also. Little far from centre but buses close by.
