Convenient location, helpful staff
Liked: The very helpful staff who contacted us with a remote check-in option after our very late arrival.The bed and room was comfy, nothing exceptional but ok to spend a night before going to the airport the next day.
Disliked: Room and facilities are not exceptional for this price, but very convenient location next to the train station.

AVOID!!!
Liked: I came to the hotel on April 7 as per my confirmed reservation and was told that they don’t have my room because I cancelled. I presented my confirmation in Booking App and hotel staff said they will call manager.Manager for who I later realized is the owner of the hotel, showed up and asked didn’t I cancel my reservation. Again, I said No and again presented my confirmation. Then she asked about my request sent on April 6 to cancel reservation.I said that since hotel was not able to accept cancellation and I would need to pay full amount, I decided to keep the room, and I selected option ‘keep the room’. So my reservation remained valid in Booking App.On the day of my travel, I received message from hotel, asking if I would like them to try and sell my room and if they succeed, they will cancel my room free of charge. I agreed as I had an option to stay with my friends. Couple of hours later I sent 2 messages asking if they managed to sell the room but no response. So I decided to go to the hotel.The owner was so rude, she was attacking me why did I come, why did I ask to cancel the room and then show up just like that. I asked her if she has my room but she said no.I was confused, hotel asked me to sell the room, I agreed in case they can do it for free and then she was yelling at me.She said it cannot be for free, and that she has to mark as ‘no show’. I responded ‘but I am here, give me the room’. She said she cannot as she didn’t sell the room at the same price, which honestly was not my business. I said again that I agreed to cancel only if hotel can do it for free, but she continued to explain things that cannot be explained.IT WAS OBVIOUS: , SHE SOLD MY ROOM AND WANTED TO MAKE EXTRA PROFIT BY CHARGING ME AS WELL!!!She thought that I will not show up, and then she would mark it as ‘no show’ and charge full amount. Very good
Liked: Good location , close to central station and to strassebahn and Ubahn.Breakfast was quite good.
Disliked: Doesn't feel like hotel. More like rooms to rent.When you arrive, there are a lot of stairs, and only after check in you can use the back door without stairs straight to the elevator.

Disliked: The overall 'feeling' of the hotel was dark and uninviting. It was a very, very basic accomodation considering the price.
