Great location, some things to...
Liked: Great location for old town and pick up point for tour buses.

Beautiful new hotel
Liked: The location was just slightly outside the old town but a very easy walk to the centre. We were upgaded and the room was spacious and clean. It would have been great to stay longer.

Liked: The hotel was excellently located just outside the old town. The reception staff were very helpful and the rooms and facilities first class. The pool and sauna area were also very nice. We would highly recommended and will definitely stay again when we visit Krakow again.

Exceptional
Liked: We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday cake – such a lovely touch! The restaurant was excellent, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. Everything was perfect – highly recommend!

Convenient and comfortable
Liked: Thought the breakfast was expensive @ $26 USD. Wasn’t thrilled with the selections. We purchased only 1 of the 6 days of our stay. There were other places nearby. Location very good to town square and most attractions as well as public transportation. Close to the huge Galleria shopping center and train station. We never needed an Uber. Staff was helpful with arranging a car rental and an excursion.
Disliked: The air freshener in the common areas was strong. There was a different fragrance used in our room upon registration and it was offensive; perhaps something they use in the vacuum. We opted out of daily room refresh because I was afraid they would use a scented product. We did grab extra towels/amenities from the hospitality cart.
