Very poor

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: the place was overbooked, the hotel didnt informed us about that before we arrived so it was an unpleasant surprise. So instead of giving us the room with 2 beds we got a tiny room with only one bed for 3 adults. One of us had to sleep on the floor. We paid for breakfast, but it seems like everybody gets fruit and coffee despite the package they purchase. It seem like some of the staff members are poorly trained or simply unwilling to properly communicate, we had an unpleasant encounter upon checking-in. Sasha was unhelpful and rude. Even though other members of the staff DID try to help us the next day and tried to do their best to make the rest of our stay pleasant, the first impression ruined it all.

Liked: I’m really liked everything. Amazing view from window, location and hotel room was great! Also here available free coffee & fruits in the lobby every morning. A lot of restaurants close so no problems with lunch or dinner. Thank so much to Maryna for big help ;)

Liked: The location was excellent, and the complimentary morning coffee was a nice touch. The rooms are a bit small but convenient and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The size of the room. There’s no glass no complimentary water/coffee and no machine in the room to make hot water. And no dining room to take breakfast lunch or dinner. You need to go out to find for a restaurant of your choice. Below the standard of a 4star hotel compared to the 4star hotels I’ve been to in Europe
