Liked: Location is spot on, just a few minutes walk from SMN Station. The man on reception was extremely helpful, giving us recommendations for walks around the city. Florence never disappoints. The room was large with a balcony, which the children made themselves at home on.
Disliked: Nothing within the control of the hotel, but it's situated right by a road junction, so every few seconds it's like the start of the Italian Grand Prix. Use earplugs, because it's really noisy. I SAID IT'S REALLY NOISY!

Liked: The room was spacious for the price and the staff were friendly. The hotel was close to the restaurant where we go every time when we are in Firenze.
Disliked: We like old fashioned hotels but it would be nice if bathrooms were updated.
