After walking to find the hotel, we stopped to ask directions from a different hotel, which turned out to be the Holiday Inn Express except they changed names and failed to notify us before hand. The wifi wouldn't work even though the front desk tried to fix it. The room was disappointing as well considering the price we paid. We would not return or recommend anyone to stay there.

A good location at a...
Liked: The room size. The rooms are clean and close to Chinatown and other walkable locations.
Disliked: This is our second stay at Hotel Faubourg. Having the ensuite bed/sitting room and kitchenette is great. The only downside was that I had called the day before to change to this style of room and there were no sheets or extra pillows for the pullout couch. We called to request and were handed the sheets to make the bed. The bathroom had four towels, three hand towels and one face cloth. We chose not to call back for the missing bathroom items. We will stay again but request that the room be rechecked.

Liked: The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient and not too expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean dishes are provided if you want to dine in the room.
Disliked: The scene at breakfast was a madhouse. There is not enough room for everyone. There is an additional sitting area so why not put food service stations there as well? And maybe extend the breakfast time to thin out the last minute rush. It was so unpleasant that we didn't even bother going after the first day.
