Hotel Faubourg Montreal Centre Ville Downtown

After walking to find the hotel, we stopped to ask directions from a different hotel, which turned out to be the Holiday Inn Express except they changed names and failed to notify us before hand. The wifi wouldn't work even though the front desk tried to fix it. The room was disappointing as well considering the price we paid. We would not return or recommend anyone to stay there.

Liked: I really like the location of the hotel
Disliked: The suite wasn’t clean enough I saw to much dust behind of the furniture and corners and the beds are not soft and the didn’t tell you that the parking it’s cost $ 50 dls per night

Disliked: room was dirty. stains on the carpeting, red stains on the bed sheets, worn night tables and bathroom fixtures. Many guests seem to be trying to change their rooms due to room condition.

It was okay, not horrible...

Liked: The location was close to a lot of the amenities of downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was good
Disliked: The rooms are very dated and poorly laid out with pretty poor lighting in the room, breakfast was on the lower end for quality and not much options for variety. The beds weren’t too comfortable and kind of hurt after sleeping on them for a couple days. And if running the A/C it’s kind of hard to hear the tv also

Liked: Breakfast was good, but super crowded.The staff was helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are old, and the washroom was somewhat dirty. One of the towels had black mould on it.Housekeeping didn't show up.The hotel was crowded, and the elevators were extremely slow.People were frequently smoking weed beside the hotel. Not sure if they were guests or not.
