After walking to find the hotel, we stopped to ask directions from a different hotel, which turned out to be the Holiday Inn Express except they changed names and failed to notify us before hand. The wifi wouldn't work even though the front desk tried to fix it. The room was disappointing as well considering the price we paid. We would not return or recommend anyone to stay there.

Great location but hotel slightly...
Liked: Great location and we got the upgrade to suite which gave more space
Disliked: We booked for 4 yet only got towels for 3. Also e had to wait until the check in time to get a room over 30 mins delay which was not acceptable

Disliked: The toilet was a bit clogged; it took some time to empty.

Perfect stay
Liked: The room was really big, the bed comfortable and it was pretty clean. They have a private parking inside the building for 35$ + tax p/day. The hotel is 20 min walking from old Quebec
Disliked: The breakfast is nothing incredible, but fine if you need to stop by Montreal for a night.

Enjoyable and convenient
Liked: Breakfast was ok but there could have been more bacon
Disliked: Some power sockets didn't work and A/C was too noisy.

Not value for money!
Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
Disliked: The carpet had stains. The rooms need updating. Additionally, they sent us an email asking if we’d like an upgrade at an extra cost. We agreed to it; but were informed that we’ll get to know if it is available at the property. When we reached the hotel, we were informed that an upgrade was not possible. Then why did they send us the email in the first place? Makes little sense to me!!
