Liked: Very clean place with amazing staff. Breakfasts are super tasety - nice and early. This hotel, from what I've noticed was occupied by trade professinals who were traveling for work.
Disliked: Rooms are not modern, but to be honest I didn't expect them to be. With that said I felt at home and safe in the room and the neighbourhood.

Liked: I am writing to share my feedback about my recent stay at Fasanengarten Hotel, which I booked through Booking.com for seven nights.Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory for several reasons:Room Condition and Comfort Upon my arrival, I found that the mattress in the room was in poor condition and uncomfortable, which led to neck and back pain during my stay. Additionally, the pillows were not suitable, causing further discomfort. I requested a replacement for both the mattress and pillows, but the only staff member present refused to assist with my request. I attempted to address my concerns multiple times, but my requests were met with resistance. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told no one was available. Despite being given a phone number to call for assistance, my calls went unanswered. Only after much insistence did I manage to speak with the manager, who agreed to instruct the staff to resolve the issue. However, after our conversation, no action was taken to address my concerns, and the staff member still refused to change my room.Room Quality vs. Booking Description The room did not match the description and photos on Booking.com. It was not as advertised, and I found the overall cleanliness of the room to be lacking. This was disappointing, as I had expected a higher standard based on the listing.Lack of Cooperation Throughout my stay, I did not receive the level of assistance I expected. The staff seemed unwilling to cooperate, and my concerns were dismissed repeatedly, which contributed to a very frustrating experience.Due to these issues, I regret to inform you that I can not recommend this hotel to future guests. Liked: I slept over on a motorcycle trip from Norway to Croatia and the hotel is very flexible regarding arrival time. The accommodation was perfect for me and I will use it again in the future.

Liked: Fantastic place. In a silent city but still close to Hannover. Free and safe parking in the backyard. Nice staff and basic, but clean and comfortable, rooms. I spent there only one night but I can recommend it to everyone.
