Liked: Location is good. Walking distance to expo and atomium . Very handy free parking. Staff was relaxed but helpful
Disliked: The room needs cleaning . Walls and floor are dirty. There were 3 beds (for one adult and one child ) in our room and a small table. No space to move around at all

A nice and comfortable stay...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. I had a very late check-in (after midnight) and the staff was very helpful with that. Breakfast is also very nice with a lovely view on the stadium.
Disliked: A few more pillows would have been nice, but I guess this is something you could ask reception.

Could have been worse, could...

Liked: Well, location was nice (near brussel expo). Parking was full but anyway I parked in the street. Staff was lovely. Now … drawbacks. Hôtel is outdated and appliances are “cheap”. Stains on the colored floor in the hallway(probably bleach). Leaking shower because of a bad sealing. Chrome on the faucet was dull due from being washed too many times with the abrasive side of a sponge. Soundproofing is inexistant between rooms. In addition a woman was arguing with her boyfriend at 11 PM, impossible to sleep for almost 30mn/1h. In the morning the door of the room next to us was jammed so we could hear maybe the staff or the clients trying to bang it at 8am.It was not “so bad” but definitely we won’t stay there again. Ok for a night. But overpriced considered all of this.
