Disliked: Staff don't know how to do their job, making threats about paying a different price and not payed then will kick u out. Lack of training or just plain dumb. Stay away and find another place.

Disliked: The Day staff from reception were not friendly at all. Everytime i asked for something or asked for information they made ugly facial expressions. The morning ladies were not professional at all, i could here them gossiping and laughing loudly all the way to the sofa's by the cafeteria area. Overnight receptionist was PHENOMENAL! Her name is Adrianna, she explained where everything was located and what was available for the guests Something that should've been explained the first day of my arrival. Morning crew didn't bother in doing this...
