Liked: Hotel was so helpful when I realized that I had booked the wrong date for arrival. They helped us with changing the reservation. We then decided to eat at the restaurant on site which was great too

Liked: Clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults.
Disliked: No Breakfast

Liked: The room was comfy. We didn't get to experience the breakfast we slept in and we were only there for one night so it did what it needed to do for the one night we were pleased
Disliked: I thought the room was a little small we were in a king non-smoking

Disliked: The housekeepers are theives. I left some items there accidentally, and I called the facility four different times to see if my items were located and turned in. Each time they root desk lady told me she would check with housekeeping and call me back, and each time, she never did. I had to call the facility back each time. I know I left my items there, but the housekeeper stole them! I would never stay here again!

Liked: My wife slipped in the tub. The tub was slippery and hazardous especially for senior citizens. There was no clock radio and the phone is on the desk, should be nearer the bed, Staff was excellent. Please fix the tub problem before someone breaks a hip or another limb.
Disliked: Tub/shower is a hazard, telephone should be near the bed. No clock radio!
