Does not meet the expectations...

Disliked: My stay at the Executive Meeting & Events hotel left a disappointing impression. There was not even a bottle of water in the room, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. Breakfast, scheduled from 7 AM, was a major letdown. Instead of the promised buffet, I was served a portioned breakfast: two slices of toast, a small amount of butter, two slices of cheese, cheap ham, and cold omelet. The queue for the coffee machine was enormous, making the experience even worse. This breakfast does not align with the standards of a 4-star hotel. The organization and level of service clearly lack attention to detail and guest care.
