Liked: Great location. Excellent connections to public transport to go to Gran Via, El Escorial, La Caja Magica, Museos, etc.Great breakfast as well. Good variety.Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Not applicable. All was good.

Tired hotel in a good...

Liked: The location of the hotel is great....convenient. Taxi station in front, metro...the hotel is close to everything. Now, this used to be a nice hotel, now it is just a tired hotel in dire need of renovation. The gym is in the basement, no windows and the equipment is quite old, the room is also tired, the bathroom in poor condition, the showerhead does not stay in position, water temperature fluctuates, the edges of the shower are dirty, rusted....the bed was good, sheets and towels good, TV was also tiny, the staff was very friendly and helpful....I would not recommend this hotel unless there is nothing else available.
Disliked: The hotel is old and tired.....
