The reception is next to the entrance to the Alcampo from the door of the shopping center you can see a viewpoint called Parque de Carlomagno. 0.9 mi from the old town and the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. This hotel has a breakfast room where a buffet breakfast is served. All rooms in the Central Area have air conditioning and simple modern décor with carpeted floors. Santiago was amazing. Bus stop...

Liked: Room spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. A suburban location.
Disliked: No bar or restaurant. Nowhere to eat on our first night. A small place across the road came up trumps.

Most enjoyable the staff were...

Liked: Hotel had parking and the receptionist Juan was very helpful I. Explaining how to get into the secure area . Also we had difficulty getting out of the the garage and once again he was so helpful in sorting out the problem and getting another member of staff to help us , he spoke very good English which was a bonus . He was gem !
Disliked: It was a very comfortable stay .
