Liked: We liked the room. Excellent shower. Appreciated our bed being made each day and fresh towels. Liked the petite balcony and open window options.. Plenty of hangersFriendly staff. Well situated for Metro.
Disliked: No option of fresh fruit for breakfast... Would have appreciated that. Freshly made coffee not over percolated..

Liked: The only positive thing about this hotel is friendly staff.
Disliked: I was looking for a place to stay one night with a family and selected it for good location and low price. At the end we were not able to stay there due to very poor condition. Rooms are very small and we were initially offered a room on the top floor/attic that felt claustrophobic. Matrasses and sheets are clean, but we found stains that looked like mold or ones from bed bugs on the bed frames (at that point we did not know this was from bed bugs). We showed pictures of stains to the staff and they gave us new rooms on another floor. No stains there, but blankets looked very old and not fresh, both rooms had very bad smell. Towels were grey from being old and overall the place felt unsanitary. We checked review on google maps and found out there were cases of bed bugs in the hotel. We were out of there same minute with no refund and had to find another place to spend the night.
