Very good

Liked: Location could not be better. One does literally have everything right on his feet. Supermarkets, restaurants, public transport. The main station is just around the corner. The beds are quite comfortable and the room was very clean. Would definitely recommend staying there and of course I'll come back in the future. Looking forward to how the hotel looks after renovations are finished. Just a few more features in the room (fridge and small details like paper and pen) and it could become the perfect accommodation. Did not try the breakfast but have heard it's delicious. Will definitely book the breakfast service next time.
Disliked: The staff was just okay. I would really appreciate it if there was a small fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold and fresh. A few more amenities would be very useful too like a piece of paper and a pen in the room. I think it's really necessary that they add air conditioning in the rooms as the day was warm and they have a moquette. The moment we walked in the room we felt a warm wave of air and we instantly had to open the windows. Luckily it got cooler later at night and it was windy. So we were able to keep the temperature lower and sleep with windows open.

Nice hotel

Liked: Location is perfect. The room is actually big and very comfortable. It is a great place to spend one or several days in the city.
Disliked: It can be confusing the fact that the hotel has actually two names, but in reality it is the same. Finding your own room can be a little bit tricky since there are many halls.

Bad

Disliked: The hotel sent us some phishing emails and charged our account two times. They don't care about customer service and are not interested in solving the problem. One employee was very rude and charged us 4 EUR for the bottle of water. There was no information in the room that the bottle is not free. We were informed that we will be able to talk to the manager on the day of our check out, but the rude employee told us: "an incompetent employee told you that and there's no manager at the hotel at the moment".

Disliked: Old hotel.. no parking, bad services for such pricing...
