Liked: The location was excellent. The hotel offers 2x free drink vouchers and has a cute coffee shop
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a bit more diverse but it was okay. Overall we really liked it. A mini bar/fridge would have been a great addition

Amazing location, clean rooms, not...

Liked: Comfortable location, almost all of us (8 out of 10) in one floor. Water in rooms, really tasty breakfast. Really clean rooms. Reception is working all the time and they are helpful.
Disliked: Paper walls, you can hear what other rooms are talking. Mattresses are old and not so comfortable. When all rooms are taking shower at the same time (in one floor) water pressure is ridiculous.

Classy and comfortable hotel in...

Liked: Room was classy, comfortable and cool. We liked it and it was what we needed. We slept well and it was as quiet as could be expected with the main train station opposite with the world and trams going by. The aircon worked and you could set the room temperature for your own comfort. The windows offered excellent sound insulation.The shower was good and water was hot with good flow. Bathroom was spotless, and we noticed actual glasses (not plastic or paper) provided for water here and in the room - nice touch. The location was very convenient for us, being opposite the train station and 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop in the next block.It had the old worldy ambiance of an established institution, without being shabby. We really liked that.
Disliked: The receptionists were polite, efficient and answered our queries, but not especially engaged or bothered whether we were there. (I am not expecting servility or obseqiousness: we had just come from a small town 3* hotel where the reception staff were welcoming and seemed pleased that we had chosen their accommodation and always exchanged pleasantries and enquired whether all was well: the contrast was noticeable). Perhaps that's what to expect in a big city hotel these days..... The 'airport shuttle' in the property description turned out to be them calling a taxi, not really what we expected.We would have liked a mini fridge in the room to keep our water cool in the hot weather, but that would be un-eco friendly! There was a kettle etc for making tea, which was fine.
