Liked: Good location, good size room, nice breakfast, friendly staff
Disliked: lighting in the room is pretty dark, remote control of the TV wasn't there

Spa pool hotel

Liked: Room comfortable but not enormous or luxurious l, we enjoyed kettle, fridge, ok toiletries. Bathroom clean. The pool and spa were excellent. Good location close to the beach and city.
Disliked: Breakfast chaotic and understaffed, running out of basics. Good quality spread though.

Liked: This hotel was amazing value for money - great location right near the beach with all the restaurants/bars. Rooms very nice and spacious - very comfortable bed. Pool, sauna and steam room was lovely - nice and quiet and great added extra. Breakfast very nice and good choice. Would definately recommend
Disliked: Night staff was quite unhelpful (not the day staff who checked in he was extremely helpful) asked could we use the gym facilities and 7.55 he told us to wait till 8. I went to reception again at 8am for him then to nearly say it’s only 7.59 - agreed to hand the key and just said it’s downstairs - couldn’t find this at first thought we was in the storage cupboard eventually found it in the dark.

Liked: The lady at reception during check in was very friendly
Disliked: There was no shower cubicle or bath, just a shower head on the wall and a rubber squigy. The drain did not let the water down fast enough so the water leaked into the bedroom. Obvious signs or damp and mold in many places. General cleanliness including the breakfast room not up to standards.The description that the hotel was on the beach also not true, there is another block of buildings between hotel and beach.
