Passable
Liked: There’s no place in toilet to hang on your staff when you’re taking a bath on 5 floor

Diabolical with a rude insensitive...
Liked: The location was close to a metro station which is very easy to navigate.
Disliked: The hotel was awful, we spoke to the owner of the property and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. After payment (which is non refundable) they then tell you that the key has to be left in the hotel when you leave and they won’t take any responsibility for theft. So when we was leaving me and my partner asked the simple question of can anyone take the key how does it work? As our stuff is up in the room and we want it to be safe. He immediately got annoyed saying this such as “your not special no one will take your key” then showed us a lanyard with 3 keys on saying “I have this I can get into your room at anytime” then after us saying the word safety he proceeds to say “what cos I’m Arabic” which was not mentioned at all by us. There policy for the key was you pay €135 if you loose the key however he wanted us to pay it just to take the key out which was ridiculous. All the rooms have the same key, he was extremely rude and tried to intimidate us and brought race into a conversation which was never brought up. Due to him saying he can get into our room at anytime we have to put chairs infront of the door to feel somewhat okay (shown in picture below) DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great value for money
Liked: Great value for money. Not the most expensive hotel, for the paid price I had a bed, a sink and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. All I needed, nothing I didn’t need.Super friendly staff, room key is to be always deposited at the front desk. There’s always someone to let you in and you can’t lose the key.Neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of oriental stores and restaurants, very easy to reach by Metro lines 2 and 11.
