Hotel EUROPACITY

Needs upgrade, suspicious area

Liked: The only good thing to this location is that its at a walk distance from main attractions
Disliked: Everything is super outdated, they should do a renovation but im not sure even this will help, first of all the room doesnt have a fridge, there is the place where obviously sometime was a fridge but not now, the toilet water will run the whole night, and day but we were not there during the day, when we arrived the water started to leak on the floor and then we called the receptionist and he was trying to figure something out and just put the paper bin where the water was leaking and said to leave it there, in the bathroom the sink station was damaged and you could see all the pipes underneath, some of the tiles on the floor where broken, beds where uncomfortable just mattresses on some sort of bouncy bed case, you could easily fall off it during the night, air conditioning is very old, works but its placed very bad and makes lots of noise, for the person that was at the window it would be too cold to keep on and the one under the AC would not feel it at all, the area is terrible, a lot of weird people walking around and some place that looks like a very dangerous red lights district, smells like urine everywhere, and also the windows are facing the North Train station, so you can hear trains from 6AM to 12PM, its not recommended to walk alone through there, especially if you’re a woman, the hotel is overpriced for the state its in and for the area around, if you need one night near the north station you may risk and stay there, in other cases I wont recommend staying there
