Liked: service and reception were kind and helpful thoughout the stay.
Disliked: The city itself was not the best, even though then proximity to the airport was useful. The italian style breakfast could include more healthier options and not just pastries and cookies.

Liked: The room was really pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Great value despite the shabby appearance from the outside. Located very close to the town center (not Salerno) and its restaurants. Really quiet!
Disliked: It's not really close to anything interesting as far as we could tell.

Perfect location for late arrival...

Liked: 7 km away from Salerno airport - arrived at 9 pm, be aware there is hardly any taxi, so needed to take Uber which operates for 2 months now - and 10 mts walk away from Pontecagnano train station. Perfect to reach Naples and Pompeii on the way!

Liked: very friendly local hotel conviently close to Salerno airport. has it's own simple restaurant or lots of nearby alternatives. left luggage whilst explored the area by bike
