Great location. Hotel rooms need...

Liked: The location was fantastic and our room having 2 balconies was great. The downside was how hot and stuff the room was. The aircon only worked for about 10 minutes then switched itself off so the night was very hot. You cant open the windows because of the street noise. The rooms are pleasant but need updating. Old blankets and thin single pillows are a thing of the 80's. They were kind enough to let us have our room for longer after checkout, until 6pm. But we had to pay £60 for the privilege. It was good value for money all told, but it would benefit with some simple updates.
Disliked: Hot rooms. Poor bedlinen.

Liked: location - perfect,garage - perfect - next to the hotels doorhotel and the room - cleanbreakfast - poor, but OK, no bacon and fried eggs, no vegetables .
Disliked: location, garage, cleanliness, style of the hotel. the rooms are small but enough.

Great location, average hotel.

Liked: Can't beat the location for a Verona downtown stay.
Disliked: We had two (tiny) single rooms on different floors, both going out to the (supposedly quiet) side, but both were extremely noisy. Chatter in the room next door sounds like it's happening next to your bed, let alone havoc caused by partying idiots at 4 in the morning. Breakfast buffet had various options, but nothing stood out as being particularly tasty.

Liked: I loved million times the location! Perfect, in the middle of everything. Big Big Like for it!
Disliked: The view from our room was not the expected one, a near building and in between like an empty pool, somehow scary :) Wouldn’t describe like something particularly bad, just i would prefer a nicer view.

Liked: We loved everything about the hotel and the location!!!Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing to complain about was that our room was right next to the street on the side, and we heard all the noise of the people in the street outside at night.
