Disappointing bathroom and accessibility. The...

Liked: A handsome building on a quiet street within walking distance of city centre. Clean and calm place, great staff.
Disliked: The bathroom was a big disappointment. 1. The liquid-soap holders are extremely difficult to use - they seem to be a very cheap and obsolete model, and it's irritating to have this type of problem when you've just used the toilet or are in the shower. 2. To compound this, the soap is very low-quality and you need loads for a decent wash. Try 10-12 squeezes on the soap holder and you're fine. 3. The shower is also very cheap and does not have a holder, so that, 80s-style, you have to hold the shower in one hand and soap your body with the other - if you manage to extract the soap from the holder!Another point: We were with a car and heavy luggage. Yes, there's very convenient parking in the backyard, BUT although there is an entrance to the hotel which has a ramp, that entrance is NOT accessible and you have to haul your luggage up a set of steps, to the other entrance. Inside, there are more level differences along the hallway (as expected in a historic building), but (NOT as expected in a 3-star hotel), again, there are no ramps. As for breakfast, though it was decent, the coffee machine is extremely slow and you have to wait ages and ages for your coffee.
