Superb

Liked: The room was a bit small but hotel met our needs. Staff very helpful. We travelled by train to Brno main station but it’s too far to walk to the hotel with heavy luggage; however, there are plenty of trams and taxis.

Liked: Quiet room and street, good location, blackout shades, good breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was perfectly fine but nothing was exceptional.

Cosy and Comfortable

Liked: Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, our room was cosy and comfortable the breakfast was very good and the reception staff was helpful. Close to the hotel there is a tram so it is easy to move towards the centre. Overall we had a great experience.

All good, great value for...

Liked: Closeness to downtown, clean, quiet, exactly as on the picture, good breakfast
Disliked: The pillow was too hard and its and the duvet’s the stuffing was artificial, not down. Recomment having orange juice at breakfast. Plus the staff could smile a bit more perhaps?
