Disliked: the bed mattress was in a bad condition, making a comfortable sleep a not so realistic expectation ...

Liked: It's not far from the Jette train station and it seems to be a calm neighborhood.
Disliked: We had contact with 3 staff members. The staff was not friendly or helpful (except for the first person who greeted and checked us in). We were charged €12 for a terrible breakfast, which they obviously had not been prepared to supply. There was no one else at breakfast, only I and my girlfriend. The breakfast was: 2 slices of bread, 2 or 4 slices of cheese, I don't remember exactly, 1 small pat of butter, and 1 juice box that we didn't even drink. They didn't even provide us with a knife to spread the butter on the bread; my girlfriend had to spread the butter on the bread with the same spoon she used to sweeten the coffee.

It was deep frustration.

Liked: One of the staff members, Kristina, was helpful and polite.
Disliked: I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and it was one of the worst hotels in my life. 1). The key card was often discharged and needed to be charhed 3 times per day, that was not comfortable as the reception and the hotel unit, where I stayed are located in different buildings. 2). There was no an iron and a kettle in the room. I had to go to another unit to have a cup of tea or drinking water. 3). However, the most frustrating was the day of my check-out, when there were no warm water in the shower and the staff could not provide me with opportunity to take it at time that fits me. I was deeply frustrated, all impression of Brussel and my mood was spoiled. I do NOT recommend this hotel. The price 100 euros per night is not high for Brussels but the service could be better. Especially, when it comes to things that do not require any expenses, only understanding and respect to the clinets.

The hotel needs an update....
