Great location! A comfortable stay!

Liked: Excellent location, polite staff, comfortable and clean rooms.
Disliked: The lack of a fridge in the room. A bit of noise from the cleaning staff in the morning

Overall good experience

Liked: The location is convenient – just a short walk to two metro stations and within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées. The room was nice, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Also there is complimentary water, tea, and coffee available in the lobby.
Disliked: There was no fridge in the room. The bathroom area could use some improvement – the faucet was positioned quite low, making it a bit uncomfortable to use. In the evening, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the temperature fluctuated a lot, going from cold to very hot. However, in the morning, the water pressure seemed fine.

Liked: It has a good location and environmental friendly policies
Disliked: The worse culture I’ve ever seen ; it was the most unfriendly hotel that I’ve ever been! any help/understanding or even valuing your request shouldn’t be expected in this hotel!
