Great location

Disliked: The two rooms I had originally booked were given away by mistake before we arrived by hotel staff. Luckily the hotel had 3 smaller rooms to accommodate our family.

This is the best hotel...

Liked: Absolutely everything was wonderful. The decor was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast excellent They had 24 hour snacks, drinks, and coffee available as well. Also - there are 2 hotel cats!
Disliked: There is nothing to complain about here!

Very good

Liked: Estherea is situated in an excellent location, close to attractions and public transport. The downstairs area of the hotel was unbelievable- we loved it. It was full of colour with bizarre and wonderful decor. Just amazing. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The bar served a variety of cocktails which my friend and I sampled. Our favourite was 'Pornstar Martini'! All the staff were helpful and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: I was a bit disappointed with the small size of the bedroom. It was prettily decorated with a lovely view, but there really wasn't much space considering the price paid.

Relaxed and calming

Liked: Great location. Really calm area, despite the central location
Disliked: Our room was really nice, but rather small. There was space to store two suitcase, once unpacked. We had to make some minor modifications to the room

Absolutely first class hotel

Liked: Such a pretty room overlooking the canal and the hotel is perfectly positioned for walking around. Lovely reception areas and helpful staff everywhere. A nice touch having a complimentary tea and coffee area with cakes and biscuits.
