We highly recommend staying here!!!

Liked: The property is beautiful. Every detail is special in the lobby and rooms. Our room is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, luxurious sheets and pillows, gorgeous sinks, and luxury soaps and lotions. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive and kind. The coffee bar and flavored waters make the lobby extra attractive and welcoming.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Liked: Beautiful room overlooking the canal. Didn't realize I had asked for that when I booked, but it was very nice, if a bit on the small side. Did not eat at the hotel but enjoyed the complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. It couldn't have been better in terms of the location.
Disliked: It was quite expensive and not sure I had asked for a canal view....but luckily it was a pleasant experience nonetheless.
