A perfect location and a...
Liked: This hotel is located just feet from the Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Tram to the airport. The quad room was huge and comfortable, and the staff were lovely! A great stay!
Disliked: The pillows on the beds really need to be replaced as they are as thin as pancakes.

Great location, but never again..
Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Lot of dust all around in the room.It was so noisy from some works that start early in the morning, and the walls of the room seem to be made of paper, when someone coughs in the room next to you, you can hear it as if they are in the room with you.

Nice centrally located hotel in...
Liked: Newly renovated hotel in the centre of Florence. Beautiful rooms, maybe a bit small for a couple with 2 suitcases.
Disliked: The rooms are on the 5th floor and the lift is very small.

Excellent location
Liked: It was a room with a big area. It is 5 minutes away on foot from the train station. The room was excellent cleaned up every day. It is 15 min away on foot from the Palazzo Vecchio.

Close to attractions, lovely big...
Liked: Close to attractions, lovely big rooms. Good value for money.
Disliked: Breakfast was extra and was only a small buffet to take back to room. Could have been free as it was so basic. Also hotel name not on building so was hard to find.
