Very good, but with place...

Liked: Breakfast perfect. Location very convenient. Beautiful look outside windows. And excellent surprise - Easter congratulations in room.
Disliked: Quite long list, but not very damaging. Hand towels were not changed even after leaving on floor - old ones removed, but replacement not provided. Water pressure and cold/hot adjustment limited on 7th floor. Dusch gel dispenser broken. Wardrobe door fixators damaged and falling out leaving lights on. Early check-out breakfast was noticed to hotel administrator in evening prior and accepted - unfortunately was not communicated to kitchen... Thanks to kitchen personel breakafast was provided.

Pleasant stay but room for...

Liked: Excellent location and breakfast
Disliked: The hallways outside lifts on the way to the rooms smelt of food that was sitting around waiting to be cleaned and collected it wats disgusting

Wouldn’t be back

Liked: Room size was big we got the biggest one
Disliked: Worst zone to be in, bed was two singles put together instead of a double and staff also didn’t know how to help us with restaurant recommendations or any recommendation at all

Liked: I loved the staff and the decor, the location to the train station was great. My room was clean and kept that way with maid service..99% of the staff spoke fluent English and that was a real plus. And my view was stellar
Disliked: The desk staff stated there was no concierge as stated on the website The room was very small considering it was a twin; and the closet space was minimal. The shower door should swing out rather than in to make entry to it easier. Mattress was not comfortable Noise level from outside was a bit much but that's a trade off for being close to a train station...the room stayed very warm to hot and air circulation was non- existent. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again despite the things I've mentioned

Overall ok

Liked: Hotelrooms ate nicely designed. Overall nice interior. Stayed in a single bed room which was totally fine.
Disliked: When entered cleaning stuff was still in the room smelling like acid. I asked the staff to remove it while I am gone but nothing happened.toilet brush still in toilet. Location is good but not really safe.

Nice but very cramped.

Liked: Location was good, did not eat breakfast.
Disliked: Room was very small. I was travelling with my daughter and would have tried to upgrade to a bigger room if we were staying longer than two nights.
