improve the guest experience

Liked: The receptionist and housekeeping were friendly and understanding. The place is good for public transport.
Disliked: The cost did not include unspecified taxes. The place is in a dangerous area and it is difficult to use taxi service through app. There is no wifi on the 5th floor.
