Liked: The location was superb. Walking distance to museums. The facilities were clean and the staff was helpful
Disliked: There is little storage for clothes. The room was small, but then it is Amsterdam.

Comfortable, clean & great location.

Liked: The reception staff were very helpful & friendly. The location on the #17 tram route to & from Central station meant there was excellent access to anywhere you wanted to go. The Rijksmuseum was not far away for a walk or by tram #3. Vondelpark also close by. Cafes for breakast nearby as well as a good selection of restaurants. There is a bit of street noise, but if you don't mind sleeping with closed windows, it is not too bad. The room I had was very comfortable in size & amenities and clean.
Disliked: In the warm weather a lighter blanket or just top sheet would be good to have as the doona is too warm.

Disliked: Comments from the receptionist regarding the fact that I and my colleagues were staying "for just one", i.e. how useless customers we are. More to that but just not worth my time :)
