Liked: The location and the small but nice gym
Disliked: Loads of problems when checking in concerning our choice of room not being noted. Lots of extra charges, some of them turned out to be wrong in the end. The Breakfast was not complete, we had ro ask for many things and then wait for those things to be refilled

Liked: There is a lot of attention to detail which means that 'extra services' like the sauna are a full wellness experience and a 'mineworker' themed room is executed into the tiniest details. This large family-owned hotel therefore felt really homely (if you have a four star home) and I immediately booked for another night.

Excellent family run hotel

Liked: The family run hotel is really welcoming and the staff are attentive. I had a large and comfortable inner courtyard room. The breakfast is good with some vegan products. Near the main railway station and a short walk to city centre.

Liked: The location was perfect for us and we loved that it is a family owned and run hotel. The staff were super helpful.
