Liked: We had a very nicely designed room, small but cozy. Equiped with everything we needed. Great large walk-in shower. Excellent breakfast. I really recommend this hotel.

Liked: What a great property. Easy walking distance to the Rotunde, Shops, Museums, and Restaurants. Very friendly staff. Especially Theo!! Even though I checked out in the morning the property let me store my bags all day and hang out in the lobby so that I could do a few hours of work. Rooms were very clean! Nice Happy Hour and Roof Top Bar.
Disliked: The only improvement would possibly be some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

Liked: Location close to quaint restaurants, tourist office, farmers markets. Great staff friendly, kind, approachable, spoke English well. Very clean room. Daily breakfasts also great fresh, included everything we like. Thank you to all the staff.
Disliked: None that I could think of.

If we were to return...

Liked: Staff, staff, staff. Sasha and Mark were excellent "hosts". We had trouble with our rental car and they were very helpful in connecting us with resources to resolve the problem. They were busy but took their time to help us and we were very grateful.
Disliked: Hotel room is quite small but very nicely appointed. It feels new and the decor is very well done.

Liked: Glad I got to leave after two nights
Disliked: Room overlooked the street where constant roadworks outside made it impossible to open the window during the day. This made the room hot and the air con was set to warm and I was told, couldn't be set to cool. I was given a little fan but it was so noisy, I switched it off. Woman on reception was unsympathetic in her manner. The morning of my departure, the hotel fire alarm sounded just before 7am. The alarm continued for several minutes but turned out to be a false alarm but it was a guest who told other guests this and not the hotel staff. No apologies from staff. When I checked out no one asked me if I had a good stay, most probably because they didn't want to deal with any negative feedback. They are happy to take your money, but not concerned with the quality of service. Won't be going back
