Good

Liked: Friendly staff, quiet location, walking distance to Centro, clean, comfortable basic accommodations, good shower hot water and pressure.
Disliked: Noise from inside hotel, window in bedroom looks out to hallway, window in bathroom looks out to storage room however the window is high enough.

Liked: Great location and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Wifi connection was spotty in the room.

Disliked: The location is awful ,in a place in where drug addicts and homeless people were outside the premices. I felt unsafe so I left the room imediately and look for another hotel. I could not stay the night in there. I believe this hotel is overrated. the building was also not good or safe for a city that has earthquakes often.

It was nice and worth...

Liked: Staff were really helpful and friendly. The foyer is very impressive and the room was clean and large.
Disliked: The room is very dark without much natural light. So we slept in a lot due to that. It also cold in the room maybe due to lack of exposure to sunlight.

The price was really good,...

Liked: My stay was fine. Check-in was quick, the price excellent and my room was comfortable. Staff was very efficient and polite.
