Very happy with our choice...

Liked: The property was conveniently located for Gare du Nord. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms, including bathroom were exceptionally clean. The breakfast options were enough to satisfy our needs.

Liked: Brand new rooms which were great!Location was great. Clean new hotel.
Disliked: Aircon is pre set so you can’t adjust this so the room wasn’t quite warm in summer. The aircon turns off once it reaches the set hotel temp. The shower gel soap smelt SO BAD. I had to ask for another. It smelt like vomit. I never worry about these types of things.

Liked: The room is nice. And the bathroom is bigger than the Parisian standards. Coffee machine and kettle in the room.
Disliked: We showed up and no one would open the door as the reception was unstaffed. It was 10.30 pm so not great.The receptionist then arrived and we were checked in.The rooms are accessible without having to go through reception as they are in a building. Doesn’t really feel like a hotel. A man tried to enter the building which was scary and we had to slam the door at him. Doesn’t feel very safe to be honest. The receptionist is sitting on a tiny table next to the tables where breakfast is served which gives a very odd vibe. Receptionists couldn’t speak English (I spoke very slowly with very basic questions). Overall, didn’t feel like a hotel experience. More like apartments in a building that is accessible to those who want to (if they sneak in). The location is good but the street isn’t great at night.

Good location, decent size, not...

Liked: Location is great - close to the Gare du Nord and the Poissonnière Metro Station. Room was decently sized. Bathroom was large for Paris.
Disliked: It advertises air conditioning but they it set at 24C and that is not cool. Not okay for summer. We had to sleep with the windows open and the street is very loud. Some people would find the stairs challenging and there is no elevator. We didn’t buy breakfast and we were glad because it was poor.

Fabulous, would recommend.

Liked: Good value for money. Convenient located near to Gare du Nord. Lots of eating and places to drink very close by. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room is small, but this is usual in Paris for the budget.
Disliked: The room was very warm at night despite the air con.
