Liked: Great location. Facilities are ok. Good value.
Disliked: Better organization needed as far as getting the code to enter goes. I didn't get the code ahead of time and I had to call the hotel service because nobody's on site.

Awesome Location of the building...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The building was beautiful. Glad there was a small fridge in the room. Was not noted on the listing.
Disliked: The roomWas very small and was quite warm. Needs something to wipe up the wet floor in the winter.

Big rooms, nice cozy B&B...

Liked: Room is very large, and was perfect for a family of four.Location is amazing. Right in the city but off the main drag so not noisy.
Disliked: Shower temperature would be fine, and then spike hot. We managed this fine, but you have to watch out for it.

Very good

Liked: Very cute and spacious and clean room overall. The hotel is located in the middle of the old Québec which is amazing if you are a tourist. We just had to go out and walk around. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping stores everything around. Very well situated.
Disliked: You need to bring your toothpast, and the coffee machine was too dusty inside (probably never used by customers in their rooms).
