I would definitely return!

Liked: Comfortable , great linens & towels ,comfortable beds . Very convenient location to all Quebec City attractions. Great value for price
Disliked: Code access at front door had a few glitches.

Great stay; comfortable and convenient...

Liked: Great location and comfortable accommodations. Not all amenities listed were offered, but it was fine. Hotel is near many cafés, restaurants, shopping. Be prepared for climbing!
Disliked: Lack of communication after a small incident with one of the rooms. I would have appreciated an answer to my phone call and booking.com message. Check in and check out were pretty easy.

Disappointing stay

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: Extremely noisy room, the fridge was SO noisy we struggled to sleep (had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones). The room was SUPER hot (in April!), it felt like they had the heater at the maximum, but we couldn't reduce the temperature. There was AC, but also super noisy. Also, there was no one at the counter to check in, the key was there in an envelope, we had a question about parking so we called the number showed at the counter, no one answered (we called around 10 times in the span of two hours). Really disappointing experience and I would not recommend it.

Poor facilities

Liked: It's located in central old quebec
Disliked: No frontdesk. We slept for 3 nights with no AC. The FD promised someone is going to fix it but no one came.

Disliked: AC and WIFI NOT WORKING!!!

Disliked: Some missing additional information about the parking or facilities.
